William L. Rawn III, FAIA, Principal |
William L. Rawn III, FAIA, is the founding Principal of William Rawn Associates, Architects, Inc., of Boston, which has developed a national reputation for the design of a range of major public buildings, cultural facilities, and college and university projects. Bill is a graduate of Yale College, Harvard Law School, and the MIT School of Architecture. Before becoming an architect, Bill was an attorney at a large Washington D.C. law firm and served as Assistant Chancellor at the University of Massachusetts Boston campus. As Principal-in-Charge of Design, Bill brings extensive experience having served as Principal-in-Charge for all of WRA's projects. Best known College and University projects include the Northeastern University West Campus Master Plan and six buildings, the Campus Center, Theater and Chapel at Babson College, '62 Center for Theatre and Dance at Williams College, Alice Paul Residence Hall at Swarthmore College, and the Wieland and King Residence Halls at Amherst College.

Clifford Gayley, AIA, Principal |
Clifford Gayley, AIA, is an Associate Principal of William Rawn Associates. Over the past 17 years, Cliff has contributed to a number of the firm's best known projects, including the 1,200-seat Seiji Ozawa Hall for the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood. Cliff has lead many of the firm's large-scale urban projects, including a Master Plan plus 6 buildings (totaling 840,000 s.f.) for Northeastern University, the new W Boston Hotel and Residences, and the new Main Public Libraries in Cambridge, MA and Rochester, NY. Cliff has been involved in projects receiving five of the firm's eight Honor Awards from the national American Institute of Architects. He is a graduate of Haverford College and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. As Project Executive and Project Architect, Cliff will work closely with all team members to ensure the translation of design ideas throughout all phases of the Wheelock project.

Erik Tellander, AIA, Associate |
Erik Tellander, AIA, is an Associate and Design Architect at William Rawn Associates. Erik is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of California Berkeley. Erik has been closely involved with the design of new residence halls at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Tufts University Master Plan and a new town development on the Napa River in Napa, CA. As Design Architect, Erik will work day-to-day on the new Mixed-Use Building at Wheelock College.

Euiseok Jeong, AIA, has served as an architect at William Rawn Associates for 8 years. Euiseok is a graduate of Yonsei University in Seoul, and the University of Michigan. He is currently involved with the design of the new W Boston Hotel and Residences and the United States Courthouse in Cedar Rapids, IA. Euiseok also has extensive experience in the design of buildings on College and University campuses. He was involved with Sophia Gordon Residence Hall at Tufts University, the Wieland and King Residence Halls at Amherst College, Northeastern University West Campus Residence Halls, and the Yale University Police Station and Community Center.

| As Project Executive, John will be responsible for the oversight of the entire office and field team. As the key owner liaison, he is accountable for client satisfaction in all aspects of the project.

| As Senior Project Manager, Charlie will be responsible for ensuring that Shawmut delivers on its operational commitments, monitoring that the project proceeds on schedule and within budget. He will attend weekly project meetings, internal project coordination meetings, and be involved throughout all stages of construction.

Tom Shockley, Project Superintendent |
| As Project Superintendent, Tom will be your full-time site supervisor of all trades during construction. He will work with the project managers and engineers to implement the schedule, manage the support field staff, ensure all field operations are on-schedule, and correspond with the quality assurance/quality control programs established for the project.

Rhonda Corey, Assistant Project Manager |
| As Assistant Project Manager, Rhonda will be responsible for the daily oversight of our field and office team. She will manage all the business aspects of the pre-construction and construction phases, including budgeting, value engineering, contracts, scheduling, logistics, pricing, and implementation.

Matt Luedke, Assistant Superintendent |
| As Assistant Superintendent, Matt will work closely with Tom in supervision of all trades during construction. He will assist project managers and engineers to implement the schedule, as well as ensuring all field operations are on-schedule, and correspond with the quality assurance/quality control programs established for the project.
